Solar Projects: 9 MW Combined

Combined solar capacity: 9 MW across all three projects. Individual project capacities have not yet been published.
Activities included procurement, supplier coordination, project planning, installation scheduling, progress reporting and commissioning coordination.
Windmill Logistics: 8 Projects
We provided logistics coordination for eight windmill projects, including equipment movements, delivery planning and transportation access. Our scope was limited to logistics; engineering, installation and technical commissioning were outside that scope.
